The Mile High Chapter serves 19 counties: Adams, Alamosa, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Conejos, Costilla, Denver, Douglas, Gilpin, Grand, Jefferson, Lake, Mineral, Park, Rio Grande, Saguache and Summit.

The Mile High Chapter also serves as a Center of Expertise, providing financial and other technical support for the other Colorado chapters, and serves as the Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces station for Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora.

The Mile High Chapter includes two branch offices: San Luis Valley  and Egon Gerson (which serves the Central Mountains). Within the Denver-Metro area, the chapter also has four service center locations (these locations are not staffed full-time; please call the Denver headquarters for inquiries).
